He clearly had no experience in building a pergola. Had 2 helpers he was helpless training. I asked him to make the pergola roof ready, anticipating adding a roof at a later date. He did not do this as roof estimators said it was constructed inadequately. His painters made a mess of the concrete patio with dripped stains. He was to finish bottom trim work around the support posts that his helper installed and made a mess of, but has not returned. I gave him a check for $2600 to buy additional material. He says he has the material, but hedges on finishing the repair, and declines to give me a receipt. They also did a side door repair, quite poorly. They painted the dryer exhaust louvers shut after painting the trim for me. I still have painted dripped all over the windows.

Jeremy was great at helping us get the look we wanted with our fence. He was so helpful and quick in getting back with us. We are definitely planning to use him this fall for more projects. His sevice and prices were great!

We couldn’t use a power wash as we didn’t want the bonding material to be displaced. They did a great job of hand brushing the columns needing to be rid of mold & algae while removing the residue with a low pressure wash. They were very strong communicators all through the process and performed some areas that were not discussed in the initial quote. We are very pleased with the end result and we would highly recommend them to others.

Jeremy worked with me and a group of home owners through a difficult process after a fire destroyed several fences and panels. He was patient and communicated well with the group as weorked through getting our disbursements and lining up the work. He got the job done and helped us out when we needed the guidance. The fence looks good and the prices were fair. I'd gladly let them work on our projects around the house and hire them for additional items in the future.
