Fence on the Mend

"This customer was informed that we were 5 weeks out with repairs when added to the schedule. She was upset that we would not put her before customers who have been waiting weeks for a repair. We just could not make her happy. We needed to come back to finish the repair due to not being informed she needed more work done last minute. We only carry materials that are needed for that day. When we called her back to complete the repair we were told not to bother. We try our best to accommodate all of our customers, unfortunately we need to be fair to everyone that has been waiting in line. We just can't do that to our customers who have been patiently waiting for over 4 weeks. We did try to reach out to her."

"We apologize for any inconvenience of you having to replace your flowers. We do try our hardest not to disrupt any flowers/vegetation, but unless our guys come down from helicopters like Tom Cruise, you will sometimes have a little disruption when the flowers are right up against the posts. We always warn our customers that we will do our best but we are not magicians. If you plant your flowers right up against the posts keep in mind that when you need to have your fence repaired, more than likely a few flowers will get a little disrupted. We were never contacted about this and the owner walked the area with the customer when the job was completed. We were never informed of this so we are really sorry if you felt this way. We do try our best."
