Alex was wonderful. He listened to what I wanted and found the exact fence. It had to be special ordered but he kept me informed of the status. As I was moving onto a new home and had two small dogs, he quickly installed a temporary fence until they could install the permanent one. Midway, we had to make some design changes due to HOA requirements and Alex was extremely accommodating in making the necessary changes. I highly recommend Fences Unlimited and Alex Harris.

They matched and lowered the price to other bids by $30 and came out as soon as I needed them to complete work. Unfortunately the finished product is not what we expected. There were several pieces with cracks and untidy cuts going across. 2-3 pieces are so narrow that we can see right through the fence. The arches are cut too low even though we had asked they be slightly cut. The back door lock is placed on the exterior so instead of us locking our toddler from inside some one on the outside can lock us in. My husband was disappointed with the finished up close look and would rather hire another company for $30 extra

"I am sorry you are not satisfied with the finished product. We cut the arches of the fence as high as possible for a 6ft fence. We provide arched fences and gates to other customers on a regular basis and have never had a problem before. All wood fences will have cracks and air gaps due to the nature of the wood and this is something we cannot change. Wood will shrink and expand with the weather which causes air gaps between boards. As far as the lock is concerned we would be glad to come out and change the locking mechanism if you give us a call to come out. We were unaware you wanted this changed. At the time of completion you walked the fence and did not mention any of these concerns. We are sorry you are unhappy with your experience."

We hired Fencing Unlimited to put up an aluminum fence around an irregular back yard in a new home in order to keep our 7 dogs from running the neighborhood. They were fast, efficient, and reasonably priced.
