After a while the product was no longer effective. I called to cancel after being out of contract for over a year and was told I would be billed regardless of whether I received service or not. This is a scam. The tech have all be so friendly and helpful but this company's practices are unethical and fraudulent. Check anything you sign from them because you could end up paying for them to do nothing but argue and transfer you to an extremely rude management member. Do not recommend this company.

DO NOT use this company . Complete scam !!! First off they suck and saw no decrease in Ants. Second they will not let you cancel your service and if you donâ t mail in hand written letter within a 30 day window that they specify your service will auto renew and you wonâ t be able to cancel either our year is not even up and they wonâ t let us cancel the following year .. Service is terrible .. only good reviews are first time service because they beg you to leave one . Donâ t fall for it .

This company is nearly impossible to cancel service with, no matter how terrible of a job they do. My house has ten times the pest problems we had the day we hired Fenix about 1 year ago. Unhappy with your service and want to cancel? Too bad.. You must pay anyways! Signed your agreement in July, but your last service is scheduled for May and you wish to make sure it does not auto-renew? Well sorry the only way to cancel is to wait until July and hand write a letter and mail it before aug 1 or you can not cancel. Thats right, the only way to cancel is by hand writing a letter during an exact time frame. Dont fall for the bait and switch, they are only trying to keep you as a customer for life and don't mind robbing you at every chance they can! I would give 0 stars if I could! Do Not Use This Company!

This company is a SCAM!!! All the good reviews are from employees. They told us we could cancel at any time, but what they didn't mention is that it will cost over $200 to cancel. They did not even fix our ant problem. They sprayed poison all over our vegetable garden and inside our screened in back patio, including on top of our smoker grill where we put food. Customer service is unprofessional and we are so bummed we spent tons of money for no results. Don't let them fool you when they tell you that you can cancel at any time, it's a LIE!!! And they can't fix your red ant problem. All you'll get is your outside windows and patio furniture sticky with poison spray and a fat bill.

Would not hesitate to recommend Fenix Pest Control to anyone. They did an outstanding job and there has not been a single yellow jacket, Carpenter ant, or spider around the house since they came by. Amazing work!
