Called on a holiday weekend, and Vinny called back within 5 minutes. Scheduled for Tuesday morning, and they were here right when promised, looked at the job, and returned within 45 minutes with a new hot water heater to install. Nothing quite like being able to take a nice warm shower!! This is my first time using FER, and I now have Vinny's card hanging in my kitchen cabinet. I had used another local plumber for years, but their prices have gone over the top! Vinny was very fair, on time, reliable, friendly, professional, AND a master plumber. I would very highly recommend them for any plumbing work. Thanks Vinny!

Professional Service, Very Courteous, took time to explain what they were doing. Price was sticker shock only because I received previous estimates that were outrageously overpriced. Kept their business card for other jobs that I know we would like done in the house. Would recommend highly.
