The work was shoddy, multiple visits to correct, poor customer service and contact. Promised a lot and delivered little. No one visited to review the work multiple times. Too busy to observe if they?re doing even an average job.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
Even their AI processes scheduled the work without contacting us to see if anyone would be available. Left nails and cut siding in the yard multiple times, and moved patio furniture and left it askew.
Workers did not speak English and used an app to correspond with us. How does Ferguson Roofing communicate or share any post-project information when the reps don?t speak Spanish.
The workers also used my backyard as their bathroom. Luckily, my family was not home.
As a customer, I?m more embarrassed than the company. Ferguson Roofing could care less, they have more jobs than workers. But their finished product is just plain sub-par (and I?m being generous).

A Horrible, Harassing, Intimidating, Unorganized, Unequipped, and Unapologetic disgraceful behavior from the office manager and president, These are words I can say about my own personal customer experience with Ferguson Roofing Management. You can run away, easy for you. Facing problems and working through them makes a person strong. You hurt me and my family bro. Why did you abandon contract without finishing as outlined? Why did you try charging me for work that your contractors did that was specially detailed NOT to be done? Why was no supervision on you staff or team? Why did your staff harassed me in your office when I came to pay the bill. Why did your staff Not order the siding early and insist it was available? you had months to get that, right? I yes I had to finish the job myself. Your salesman said to me ”I am just another p***** off customer”. Yes it sure feels like it. BBB accredited? Ran this complaint through and not sure what it accomplished. Every detail of evidence was uploaded on the complaint. Looked to my viewpoint the BBB approves such dreadful practices.

Subpar work to say the least. After waiting a month for Ferguson to repair multiple holes in our roof from a downed branch on August 12, the country inspector had to stop work because Ferguson didn't pull the proper permit. Then I was required to higher an engineer by the country to make sure repairs are done correctly. During the inspection by the engineer he found multiple lower and upper broken trusses, along with other repairs ignored by Ferguson. Not to mention subpar repairs to two upper trusses that Ferguson said were not damaged. If there was no damage then why is there two by fours glued to the trusses right were there where holes in the roof? The engineer from Everroux Engineering also community Ferguson definitely should of pulled a permit and made proper plans before starting repairs...

John at Ferguson Roofing was outstanding! He came out on the weekend to do the repairs, and was quick (but thorough) and professional. I would definitely use Ferguson roofing again.

AMAZING! JOHN CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY, DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND RETURNED ON SATURDAY TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. WE HAD HEAVY RAIN ON SUNDAY AND HE SOLVED THE PROBLEM. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH JOHN AND THE REPAIRS. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR 20 YEARS AND THEY ARE TOP NOTCH IN MY BOOK. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE TO TALK WITH THEM FIRST BEFORE SIGNING WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY. THERE IS A REASON THEY HAVE BEEN AROUND FOR SUCH A LONG TIME, THEY TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I noticed shingles missing off my roof and several storms came through this spring. I contacted three different roofing companies to give me an estimate on what needed repaired. The first two companies both tried to tell me I needed an entire roof replacement. I contacted ferguson roofing who told me the majority of the roof was still in good shape and only need a few hundred dollars of shingle replacements. After the estimate a date was given for the work and they showed up on time and completed the job. Not only were they honest and reliable but they are huge supporters of first responders and military.

John Kelemen with Ferguson Roofing did a fantastic job. He came promptly, which I really appreciated because water was coming in through the roof. He examined the roof and took pictures of the source of the leak. When he showed me the pictures he explained what was wrong, what he would need to do to fix it, and how much it would cost. The repairs were very affordable and he went ahead and did them right away. If my roof needs any repairs in the future, I'll be sure to call Ferguson and request him. This is the second time we've used Ferguson Roofing--they replaced the roof on our previous home--and we were very happy with their work on that job too. I highly recommend them, whether it's for repairs or for an entirely new roof.

Ferguson is the BEST! I would definitely use them again. My first experience with them was when they did a roof repair for me. The second time was to replace my entire roof due to age. The third time was to replace the entire roof after hail damage. They are reasonable, knowledgeable, prompt, professional and so nice to work with! You can't go wrong with Ferguson Roofing!

This was an insurance claim. They take all the time that's needed to do a thorough inspection. They made sure they came out when the insurance rep was here so they could make sure they were all on the same page. We had a hail storm and we would have never known all the things that had been affected.

My personal ones included them throwing away my satellite dish. My neighbor saw it as it dropped on the drive way, the loading of the shingles was not done with any care, and when a leaked developed they initially stated the cause was from loose siding, except the siding they fixed was on the other side of the house. Then it was siding from an area closer. Then an unsealed nail hole. Now after they have found an unsealed hole they want to say their warranty doesn't cover interior damage. Where do they think leaks go.

"Mr. [Member Name Removed] lives in a Homeowner Association. We were contracted to re-roof every roof in the Association. This is a large scale construction project. The project went well and we maintained a great relationship with the Board and the Management Company. Any hiccups, which can happen with projects of this size, were resolved quickly and without question. The President of [Name of HOA Removed] was personally involved with the entire project. Unfortunately, this is the second effort from Mr. [Member Name Removed] to pursue an issue with us that is not valid. Despite every effort from us to document and explain the nature of his concerns, we have been met with blind resistance. We are working with the Board and the Management company to navigate these false claims."

Ferguson Roofing just finished replacing the roof on my house for the second time. The first time was due to age and most recently due to hail damage. Prior to the first replacement they made repairs to parts of my roof. I would recommend them without hesitation! From the inspection, through the bid and working with my insurance adjuster, to the clean up afterwards, Ferguson is a class operation. Their pricing is competitive and they do a fabulous job.
