Make sure they included everything you tell them to do in the contract. if it is not on the document and asks them we agreed to do also these they will say we do not remember. it was small thing but I trusted our conversation.

He arrived on time, socially appropriate with gloves and a mask, ready to work. At our first meeting he instructed me to purchase the paint and he gave me an estimate. The finished job was expertly done and I had no complaints.
