They were very hard to communicate with. The house was not clean. Streaks were left in every bathroom, and they insisted on staying an extra 2 hours which took the charge up to $680 from a quoted $500. I told them that blinds and windows had already been cleaned and they did not need to do them but they said it was part of the package . I felt like they were trying to make the job longer for so they could charge more. I think there boss was making them stay. They did not speak very good English so it was difficult to communicate.

BEST carpet cleaner ever! I highly recommend Fernando's team. Punctual, good communication, responsive, excellent customer service. I was on a tight timeframe and Fernando was able to meet my deadline and needs.
