Ferrell power washing contacted me when I was looking for one who could power wash my metal roof. He gave best cost and assured me, when I specifically asked, none of my plants, bushes and grass wouldn t be damaged. I explained that only certain sections of my roof needed power washing. He came and started before I was home at the time we had discussed. I had to point out areas he missed. He was charging me $100 but I gave him $140. The next day when roof was dry I saw areas that weren t clean. I got in touch and he said he d come the next week. He came back, unannounced, on 5/29. I was in the middle of cutting grass. I pointed out the dead plants and grass caused by his solution. I asked why he didn t have me move plants and why he didn t cover with plastic. He responded by telling me that he did not like power washing roofs. I asked why he then bothered contacting me to do this job. No Answer!!! I would like a refund

No one got up on the ladder on the second floor to get the corners. The light fixer over the garage was not cleaned.
