Very disappointed...They left the front of the house not cleaned. My husband had to spend 3 hours trying to get front of house looking Ok.. They did not even know to pre-treat stucco or masonry before washing. My husband had to go back and redo several spots they claimed was done. They were more worried about getting my neighbors business. They did about 3/4 of the job, yet they felt 5% discount was good. I still have to hire another company to finish the high areas they did not do. So disappointed. I feel ripped off, for sure. Not sure I would trust HomeAdvisor again.

This team is very interested in customer satisfaction, and allowed me to comment on the work, repeatedly, over two days time. Their final results were excellent, and there were no problems at all: exactly what I hired them to do, done to a T. Ferzol Cleaning, LLC is prompt, professional, and phenomenal! In less than five minutes (no exaggeration) after I demonstrated interest in a cleaning service, Roger, from Ferzol, called. We set up an appointment for a walk-through the very next day, and scheduled the job for two days after that. Roger and Zoila are friendly and professional - extremely easy to talk to. We had a great conversation. Last, but certainly not least, the actual service was fantastic. I can’t find any dirt in my house! ? Thank you Roger and Zoila.
