"Had Rich told me there was a problem with the dishwasher I would have checked there immediately. He mentioned a vague smell in the kitchen area. I followed normal proper troubleshooting procedures. The unrelated problem in his circuit breaker box was extremely difficult to fix. His plumber had located the water heater in front of the circuit breaker box. I literally had to stand on one leg and lean over the water heater to get to the circuit breaker box. This is a major electrical code violation"
