Arthur knows what he is doing! He contacted us almost immediately, saw us the day contacted, got the necessary parts, saved us money by finding an alternative fix for one issue, completed the repair in less than 24 hours from the time we put in a request to Angi. And at a VERY reasonable price. I would and will trust him with any future repairs.

I scheduled an appointment through Home Advisors for 10:00 AM and at 11:00 called the Fewman phone number. the message box was filled so I sent a text. Arthur called 10 minutes later and seemed puzzled bout the appointment as though he did not know he had one with me. He offered to come out this afternoon when I would be gone. I do not know if it is Home Advisors or Fewman but apparently the appointment system is not reliable.

Arthur made numerous trips to ensure our fridge was repaired and working properly. He provides the utmost customer experience. We will continue to use him for any other appliances that we made need serviced in the future.

He was on time, able to get to my project fast and was honest and friendly. He gave me his professional opinion which was very helpful. Price very competitive I will hire for appliance repair again

Contacted this company and they came right out to repair my refrigerator. It was a problem that he had never seen before but quickly diagnosed the problem and did the repair. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone who needs service.

We've found our appliance repairman. I would give Arthur a 100 stars if I could. He responded, communicated about the arrival time and called again when he was on the way. All while we are still waiting on some of the others to call back. He expertly diagnosed the problem, had the part and efficiently fixed our refrigerator and freezer all within about 30 minutes. I even sang his praises to the Norfolk facebook group.
