Very hardworking and great customer service. Made time to get us on the books quickly to accommodate our move-in date for some repairs that were needed for us to feel comfortable in our new home. Thank you team!! We will be hiring them again for projects down the line.

They came when they said they would and worked steadily until the job was completed. They checked everything and cleaned up after themselves. The work was performed per the contract with no issues. They went over and above out expectations. Would hire them again for another project.

Andre and his crew painted my house exterior and deck. It came out wonderful! I'm very pleased with the finished product. They also put on new shutters and new storm door. My house looks fantastic with the improvements. I was so pleased I immediately hired them to paint my garage interior. What an improvement! I would definitely recommend them for great work ethic.

Andre FICI responded to my request in April for a repair due to wind damage and resealing of my upper roof. He called called and came over to asses the job and gave me a very reasonable estimate outline exactly what the would do in detail including measuring the chimney for a cap while they were on the roof and and return and install the Cap at a later date. His crew exactly what the damage was and that it would be an easy fix as it was not sever. The job was completed within 5 hours and the crew did an excellent clean up before leaving. I definitely would recommend CICI Construction and Andre FICI and his team.

They repaired a hole in my ceiling and did a good job with that. They also had to re-caulk, patch and repair the upstairs bathroom that was causing the leak that created the hole. I had to call them back to my home four or five times. It looked like a 10 year old did the caulking, they never sanded the drywall patch and I had to request over and over again to have the shower area painted. After the last time, I repaired the work they did in the bathroom. I have pictures that show a truly terrible job that no professional would want attached to their name.

Owner came out and assessed leak in roof. Came up with a plan and a quote and performed work within 3 days. Other companies looked at issue but had no idea how to fix. Andre pulled metal up and solved issue from other company left short. Ill definitely hire again and have already recommended for a job hes on.

The owner came out to look at the project on Sunday because he had another job he was looking at. I was happy about this because my time is very limited. He looked in the attic but never got up on the roof. Told me the leak was probably because of a bad screw seal. I do not know anything about a metal roof, so I went with him. He said he would replace the screws in one area, so as not to miss the problem. He would take pictures of the work and text them to me because I would not be there. Ok, cool. Works for me right? Well, the next day when a crew of 4 showed up at my location... By the way, the guys were good people. Professional and polite to my wife who was home during the repair. So a crew of 4 to replace screws. 1 guy went up onto the roof. Let me say that again. 1 guy went on the roof and saw that I have a seamless roof. This means NO SCREWS. He noticed that a channel had slipped down and was causing the leak. He quickly replaced it and used a little caulk. Came off the roof done. So, in 45 minutes from getting out of the truck to wrapping up later, the owner told my wife it was still $300. This is highway robbery! If he would have just gone up the roof when he *looked at the job*, he would have seen the issue, and this review would be far better. I would have been happy to pay him $150, no question for his time. Oh, and by the way when my wife handed him the check, he asked me if I had cash. Even the HomeAdvisor site tells the consumer not to pay cash. I did not get any photos of before or after. I did not get a receipt for the work. Empty words and poor business conduct. I do not recommend this company.

"we usually take pictures with every roof...this time we forget. we did, however, fix the leak...for now, god willing..leaks are tough and although we are very good at it nothing is 100% 100% of the time. if in the event that the leak is still leaking we promise to come back once free of charge and 99% of the time that works. I told the customer we take credit cards and check he said no no no ill do cash he asked if I gave a discount for cash I said no because I claim all my cash..he still insisted on paying cash...on top of all that I had been there once for the estimate ...and came again for the patch the reason I had other people with me is no business 0f his....and although he would have gladly given me $150.00 for the work ... I would have gladly declined the work...instead of a thank you for stopping the leak which was fairly priced he does this to me...UNBELIEVABLE ....TERRIBLE WAY TO TREAT ME..I shall press on endeavoring to make improvements as I always do."

Andre and his team were very accommodating with our tight schedule. We had a bunch of projects that needed to be done in one day and his team was able to complete them all. He kept us informed on the different options and ways they could do the repairs but didn't pressure us into a decision. The pricing was competitive for the amount of work requested. I would definitely hire them again in the future!

We hired Fici Construction to build a shed on a concrete base and to transform an in-law apartment using the remainder of a 2 car garage to expand the living space. During the construction changes and upgrades were started and paid for but not completed. When Andre announced he was coming to pick up the final payment for the job. on Friday 9/11/2020 I found this most unprofessional. After all the job was not done. He arrived at noon that day but assured us his crew would not leave until ALL the work was done !! Andre left with that final payment in hand, His employees left at 4 pm. The area was left a mess and the job unfinished !! After speaking with Andre that night we were assured he would send his Crew out on Saturday, September 12th to finish all the work. That crew turned out to be 1 man who completed 1 or 2 things. That one employee would return intermittently to put up a light or hang a few pieces of molding. Eventually, he stopped coming altogether. Again, The job was never finished !! There was never a final walk-through as outlined in the contract We finally hired someone else to finish the work.

Probably the worst construction company Ive ever went through. Had a metal roof put on did a horrible job dented the metal from the screws being too tight, missing sections that he forgot to put up, cobbed the front peak which looks horrible. When you try to call him and lie after lie about when hes coming out to look at it havent heard from him in a good two months but had no problem taking the money and run. I do have photos of his work that he did, and it looks like an elementary school kid did the work.

Chimney repair-Owner Andre is a good communicator and reliable. He started and finished the job as promised. He has a experienced crew who removed all the deteriorated mortar and then parged and painted the large chimney in a professional manner. Good clean-up when finished. I would hire him again.

Hired Fici to paint the exterior of a house. He was very eager to pick up more jobs so I bought more paint for another house I have and gave it to him. He took the paint and I never heard back from him. He never showed up or returned any of my calls or texts. The work he did was late and very sloppy. He seems very nice when you meet him but I would not hire this pro again. I now have to purchase the paint again for my other house.

I really would rather not leave this kind of review as things started out well with business owner Andre. His bid was slightly on the higher side but not unreasonable. His crew painted the exterior of my home, removed an old deck and replaced back door steps. Andre also agreed to replace railing and a board on my front porch. There was a delay in getting railing in as well as the actual wood for the back steps. I foolishly paid Andre in full taking him at his word that these items and final touch ups on the paint job would be completed. The wood did come in for the back steps. They did installed but never painted it. They were supposed to fill in area where deck was removed , install railing, as well as touch up a number of areas on the house that were not satisfactory. After the back steps were installed, unpainted I never saw Andre or his crew again. He knew I was moving out of state and that the house was going on the market. Weeks went by. Originally for about 10 days I had promise after promise that they would be there the next day. After 10 days of telling me they were so swamped he finally told me that he was in fact on vacation. I had to get my house on the market so I had to pay others to complete what he did not do. He was paid over $10,000 we paid supplies. A very disappointing situation. His men also cleaned paint buckets and brushes out on my grass killing a large area of grass and a number of plants that paint and whatever were dumped on. Sorry I cannot recommenced this business, dont waste your money.

"I Endeavor to make everybody happy I normally don't comment on my reviews this is coming from a person who complimented us the entire job for weeks and weeks a gigantic old wooden house that had never been taken care of that we went above and beyond and turned it into a beautiful thing the steps were pressure treated wood I needed to wait to be painted I told her that the front railing what is a railing and we did not agree upon it was something she went and bought and it was a lot more work thanm just building the wooden railing and the bottom wood trim on the steps with something that she at the end asked if I could do for nothing like she"

Hired to paint outside of the house, small job. I had to call him after approximately 2 weeks to see when he was going to show up. He stated that he got a bigger job and was now to busy to do my paint job.

"these kind people brought me down thousands of dollars in my price after thinking about the job for a few days I decided it was too cheap and never began to work and never did any work for them and they're going to come on here and give me a rating sounds like a lot of people got a lot of free time on their hands I don't all I do is work all I do is job job job job job job job job job can't please them all I try though I really do it it's all I have it sucks but I can't make everybody happy it bothers me I stay up at night"
