I had an excellent experience with Rocky. After having bad experiences in the past with contractors, dealing with Rocky and his team was a breath of fresh air. His workers were on time and took good care of my home while working. Rocky was there to communicate with me every step of the way. He did a great job on my interior doors and I am very pleased. I would highly recommend him for any of your home improvement needs.

After having waited two years for unresponsive contractors I found Rocky. From the moment I met him I knew I could work with him. Having a 102 year old house ,I was intent on keeping the integrity and charm of my house.. IThe goal was to keep the â oldâ kitchen style but make it a â new kitchen. Rocky quickly understood my goal and listened to my design ideas. Shelves with collectibles, copper pots hanging on the wall, Different . His crew was the dream team, responsive, meticulous, courteous, reliable, and cleanup too. The most important part of working with Rocky was his immediate response to every phone call and text( and I had many), IMMEDIATE, He told me everyday what would happen the next day,. Who was coming, why they were coming, what time they were coming. AMAZING. I have another large job Iâ ll be doing soon and I will definitely call Rocky. The best of the best. Rocky and his team were amazing! They converted our dining room into a bedroom by putting up a wall, installing double doors and replacing the cheap vinyl that was there with a beautiful hardwood floor. They were extremely professional throughout the entire process from the initial quote all the way to the last day on the job. Thank you Ficon Construction!!

Very happy with the work performed on a major home interior renovation in Tottenville on Staten Island. The work included two and a half bathroom remodel, painting throughout the entire house, baseboard and crown molding installation, and various touch ups through the entire house (which is 35 years old). Rocky Fionda is a professional, his workers are careful and responsive, and they were eminently patient with me and my family and we navigated our way through tile and stone selection, vanity selection, etc. We have worked with other contractors over the years, and by leaps and bounds, this has been the most positive experience we've had with home improvement projects. We cannot speak highly enough.

After 3 other estimates, I hired Ficon Construction because of the owner Rocky. Besides his reasonable and lowest proposal, but his ability to foreseen what I wanted my home to look like. His design talent and expertise in knowing what materials to use were awesome. I put all my trust in him and his workers. They were all professional and neat. They cleaned up every day. Rocky was there throughout the whole renovation making sure all was taken care of. My house is now a home. I gave Ficon the top score because not only was the work impeccable but Rockyà ¢à  à  s workers were lovely and respectful and worked very hard. Rocky, in particular, was so conscientious . He constantly kept in touch and always kept his word!

Rocky and his crew did a great job installing pavers in my backyard. They were quick, efficient, and cleaned up neatly when the job was completed. I will use them again for future projects and have already referred them to friends and neighbors.

Rocky and his crew from FICON Construction and Renovation did a fabulous makeover for my garage and back yard. He helped me removed all bamboo that were widely spread all over my back yard and inside the garage, reinforced and renewed my garage. The job is done quickly without delay. The work and material are top rated quality and the price is reasonable. I am very pleased with Ficon Constructionâ s work and will definitely hire him for future projects and refer him to friends.

Rocky and his crew helped me renovate the interior of an old house to a more modern look. The crew worked fast and efficient. Rocky came up with some great style/design ideas that really paid off in the long run. He definitely went above and beyond by replacing all my doors, high hats, receptacles, switches, and rehabbing the entire 2 car garage(that was in terrible shape) at no extra cost. Ficon s finished work in the bathroom especially could have been featured in magazines. I m very pleased with all the work Ficon performed on the house.
