Took $400 to order parts and never came back or called . Finally got ahold of them and he acted like he didn?t remember. Horrible experience.. he?s a fraud ! Don?t use them !

We used his service prior with prompt and great service. We recently utilized Field Appliance repair to fix our leaky washer on the 12th. Joe came out in the evening, diagnosed the issue, and said he would be out in the morning. He indicated he would fix the leaky hose, rubber in the front, and tighten some other parts. Given our prior experience I went ahead and paid him (BIG mistake). Saturday the 13th came and went with a text indicating that Monday would be the day. On Monday the 15th, we reached out on multiple occasions with no washer for several days and no contact. On the 16th we tried again and finally went to social media and reached out to him in frustration about scamming us out of money. I promptly asked for my Venmo payment back which he denied. Joe came out late in the evening, worked in the washer and dryerâ fixedâ some other issues. He only replaced the hose with a used one, however, his big indicated new parts. Needless to say the washer is still leaking and the dryer vent he â fixedâ had to be replaced that evening. I do not recommend this business and donâ t pay until you are satisfied with the job.

They were on time and very efficient. They had me send pics of the work so they arrived prepared and finished in record time. I highly recommend Joe and Chris!

Very professional and knowledgeable about why the fridge ice maker stoped working and the problem the model, make and year of the brand had problems. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs appliances and/or repairs.
