Field's Landscaping and Irrigation

If you are looking for a landscaper who has experience, has thoughtful intelligence, is practical and honest, then Jack Fields is the person for you. I have fairly large front and back yards that are clean, sparse and dull. I wanted to add lush colorful plants/flowers, create a peaceful calming look and feel, have a connecting theme, and of course, everything needs to be low maintenance (all I need to do is make sure my automatic irrigation system is in the “ON” position). Jack listened closely to what I was trying to describe and drafted a beautiful sketch outlining what would make sense in my yards. What impressed me was: 1. He was very thoughtful with his choice of plants, taking into consideration when they will bloom, and where they would grow best in my yard (aesthetic, but also mindful to the amount of sunlight needed). He also placed different blooming plants together so that as one set of plants’ blooms fade, another set will start up. 2. The draft along with pictures of the actual plants, helped me visualize what my garden will look like. It was a great way to discuss and alter the plan before the plants are purchased and put into the ground. I wish other landscapers will take the time to do this! It took a little bit of time in the beginning, but I it helped me feel more confident about my decision and the outcome. 3. His proposal was very detailed and clear. I knew what was going to be done, and the cost to anticipate. 4. He is soft spoken, honest, and took time to explain why he is doing things a certain way so I understand the logic behind his suggestions/decisions. Furthermore, I like the way he speaks to his crew. Again, very soft spoken, respectful, and inclusive. This further speaks about Jack’s character as a person and a professional. The same crew comes every day, and they work tirelessly and professionally from very early in the morning to the evening. They always tidy up before they leave.
