Garrett was at our home as scheduled, listened to my concerns and questions, gave knowledgeable and concise opinions. We set up a quarterly maintenance agreement. I always prefer to hire local businesses. Fight the Bite is a good choice.

I submitted an inquiry about leaf removal late in the weekend and was contacted by the owner; he was incredibly professional and genuine. His team was out on Tuesday and provided the best customer service I have experienced in I don't know how long! Courteous, respectful, professional, and kind! On top of all this, best value for yard clean up! We will be asking them out annually!

This company is amazing! The BEST customer service. I had several yard projects such as removal of shrubs, general clean up/mulch and removal of a nest of yellow jackets. The finished job was absolutely beautiful. They kept me informed of their progress and communicate when weather stalled. I highly recommend Fight the Bite for any job you may need.

My exterminator Derek arrived right on time. He was courteous professional and generally just a good guy all around! He took the time to look at the problem with me and explained what was going on with all of the wasps that were swarming one of my weeping willows. He took all of the time he needed and never seemed in a hurry or rushed.I highly recommend this company and give it five out of five stars!

they claim to be professionals and the only pro i saw was ginny, suppose to wash down my house, guy washed the front, called it in done, ginny made him come back out and it still was a 1/2 lousy job yet they charged me 150.00. and forget about getting a hold of the project mgr that promised all this, done with this company

Fight the Bite made a reasonable cost estimate. They came to do the yard work at the appointed time. They had sufficient staff on site and brought all the equipment, and supplies that were needed to complete the work that was agreed upon. They completed a spotless cleanup. All in all they did a great job.

Great customer service and communication. We initially contacted them about a mole problem. They efficiently addressed our mole situation. We also decided to use their monthly lawn services for fertilization and weed control.
