Repaired bathroom ceiling/walls following mold remediation. Installed new vent; connected electric vent to remove moisture that had never been properly vented to outside; repaired hole in bedroom wall drilled by cable service and never repaired. Painted bathroom. Put new rods and shelving in master closet and painted. Always timely. Knew what he was doing and explained it. Had son working with him and they did an excellent job. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.
