What can I say?! We have been using Filan & Conner at our residence for almost 10 years now. My husband initially suggested I call them because he used them at his work facility and could not praise them more. They have done a number of plumbing jobs and installed our new HVAC and water heater. We have been very happy with every employee, particularly Buck, Mark and Chris. They are always friendly and professional and truly know their craft. We highly recommend their business!

Called on Monday afternoon and plumber was at my house at 830am the next day. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable and talked me through the different options for the repair needed. Urell was AWESOME ! I had water coming through the ceiling from our heater. He diagnosed the problem fast and fixed it right away. He was very nice and understanding during the whole process. Thank you to Urell !

Tony was very attentive to my wants. He listen and answered all my questions. I was very impressed with his knowledge of me and what I wanted. Should I have a HVAC or plumbing need in the future I will contact his company.

Prompt reply and home visit for an estimate. Complete installation and cleanup the following day. A follow up visit the next day helped with 2 minor adjustments and the system has been trouble free ever since. Nice group of professionals to have in your home for a day. I hired Filan and Conner to replace my old whole house air conditioner. They offered a Rheem 4-ton AC with a coil. I accepted it and they installed it on schedule. After its completion I waited a day and then turned on the system and the system was slower than my old system. SO I went to the basement to check the system. I found a number of places where the system was leaking air even from the new coil itself. The new coil they installed is smaller (I was not aware) but they did not change or put a converter to fit it to the old ductwork. They just added copious amount of silicon to connect the two. It looked like a DIY job and was also causing several leaks. This is a really poor job.

Everyone from Jennifer to Tony, the two Nicks, Sam, and everyone else provided exceptional service and quality. We could not be happier with the new heating and air-conditioning system. We were impressed with their willingness to stay and make sure everything was done right. I’m looking forward to our project.

So far we are happy with humidity in the house, as a result of installation AprilAire 700 Whole Home Humidifier. Waiting for lower winter temperatures.

Tony is exceptional and will do anything to help and fix anything. Jen in the office willing up and ignore you so to try and get to Tony is unreal. It is unfortunate to have 1 person bring down the business like this.

They were punctual, professional, and low price. I obtained 4 estimates. F&C price was 28% less than the next lowest estimate and 224% less than the highest. They replaced my HVAC system. The work was completed within 24 hours of them 1st being contacted. The A/C failed in the middle of a month-long heat wave. My tenants were pleased with their quick response and how they cleaned up after completing their work. I never used F & C before. They are now my go-to HVAC company. All promises made were kept.

They are customer oriented. Get back to you quickly. Both heater and water installed in one day cleaned up nicely after they were done.
