The service did a good job and i was pleased enough ask them back. However they called to say they were to over booked with other jobs and did not have enough help to support my job so they would not be able to return.

"I apologize again I lost 5 girls due to the pandemic, our workload was too much to fit anything else in. It was just a bad time to add a new client and this situation with Covid-19 was not foreseen when we came out and met you."

Most cooperative in order to meet our schedule and were always concerned to make the owner satisfied with the store. Cannot thank them enough

Ebony and her team really work magic. Would definitely hire again. Pleasure to work with in all my dealings with Ebony. Filthy Flamingo is a cute name for a bang up business. A++++ all the way.

Ebony was delightful and my sellers just loved her. The day she came by to see the home and give an estimate she even hung a chain on the light-fan fixture for the seller which we couldn t reach. So impressed with Ebony. I will definitely call her again.

New move-in. Unsure of total hours spent or condition of bungalow prior to their arrival. Kind and accommodating!

Showed up late, never finished job. Didn't clean kitchen sink. Bathrooms sub-par and no vacuuming in 3 small rooms on second floor.

"M.B did not keep his initial cleaning appointment and did not even notify me until after I went there (on time) some 24 hours later I had to try to fit him into a full day on another day that he had available. Upon arrival the home was nothing as he described it was completely full of pet hair, mold, and soap scum. I had to leave to get my son after 2 1/2 hours of 2 of us working nonstop and advised him I would be right back and he told me not to worry about it. Also I offered to come the next day first thing if he was not satisfied. Days later I received his complaint and offered again to come back or even give him his money back he declined"
