Brian and staff were extremely professional. They returned calls promptly, researched lawn issues, provided answers to questions and solutions to problems, and submitted written quotes for all services requested. Once hired for dethatching, aeration and seeding, they scheduled services in a timely manner, adhered to their schedule, arrived on time, were courteous and thorough. I would highly recommend Final Cut and would use them again without hesitation.

Hired Brian from Final Cut Lawn Care for weekly mowing. First cut was great and I gave a positive review. Quality dropped off significantly after first cut. Lots of streaks of missed grass in the yard and edges near tree line were essentially untouched after first cut. Trimming was also poor. I found myself pulling very tall weeds near the curbs and across the driveway before realizing how this should have been taken care of. I contacted Brian to let him know there was a quality problem and I was completely on board with having them fix it in the future. However, he insisted he did Pristine work every time and instead of trying to accommodate my concerns, he said it was not going to work out and dropped me as a customer. Finally, on the customer service end, we agreed to a monthly payment, and within a day of sending an invoice, was pushy about being paid. Brian even called me at 8pm on a Sunday night to attempt to get payment, which I requested wait until the morning. Of course, I have paid my bill completely but now have to replace Final Cut with a new provider.

Brian has been very responsive in providing quotes and taking action when approved. We haven't moved into our new home yet so it was especially pleasing to get pictures of the work after it was completed. The pictures are a nice touch and provides comfort knowing the work is being done when I'm not there to see it with my own eyes. In my humble opinion you would be very happy with Brian for all your landscaping and mowing needs.

My prior lawn care provider retired and I have been struggling with finding a replacement. I require intermittent services such as spring/fall clean up, trimming and occasional lawn mowing. My first impression....Professional! Final Cut excels at customer service by showing up on time, returning calls and emails In a timely manner. I called for fall clean up and he walked the property numerous times, took pictures of bushes that I needed trimmed and it was obvious that the assessment was to deliver a reasonable price. He made it perfectly clear what to expect from his services and has delivered on his word. i highly recommend giving Final Cut a call. You will not be disappointed.

I hired them for lawn service and they did a great job. I heard never seen my lawn before. I would recommend them to others.

The man that cleaned my yard was respectable, quick and efficient. He did a great job. In my estimation the job was meant for more than one person yet he accomplished it in two days.

Brian started out good and worked for me for a couple of seasons. This year he became unreliable and rather sarcastic. He did not show up when expected; no phone call/no email from him. On the third day, I mowed my own lawn and sent an email to let him know. He got angry when he showed up and found out the lawn was already mowed; told me I should have called him because he wasted a trip and quit. Failure to contact me and let me know why he was a no-show and when he would have been showing up would have avoided this whole issue. He seemed to think I needed to report to him for some reason. He is very unprofessional when crossed in any way. I do not need the hassle. There are plenty of other lawn care services available that do not come with an attitude.

They were contracted to do snow removal at my place of business. They made sure the lots were clean for my early people.

They're very neat, they clean up after themselves, I would recommend them to anyone who wants their lawn done!
