Final Destination Moving Company

The company is very professional.

Grossly underestimated the job causing me to have to pay hundreds more. They forgot the moving boxes for my four TVs which I ended up having to move myself, one being 75inches.. very disappointed. The crew was nice but was also upset with the company for underestimating the job.

I was quoted two hours, which was there a minimum. My mom had passed and I was only moving one room with furniture plus a bed and a chair. When they arrived in a rented U-haul, they insisted it was going to be a three-hour job and also tacked on gas and mileage for coming all the way out from Bedford to Westlake another $100. There were times I sat and waited for 20 to 25 minutes and never saw anyone in between moving furniture. We ended up helping them unload the truck ourselves to avoid an additional fourth hour. They made sure that this job stretched out three hours. They also insisted I pay three hours upfront before anything got moved.

I would say from start to finish FDMC communicated in a timely manner, answered all my questions, and sent reminders ahead of the move. The day of the move, the movers arrived at 9:30am for a 9am start time. The three movers headed by Tyler were courteous and efficient. My move took an additional three hours over what was quoted, which I cannot fault the movers. Overall, it was a long move and everyone was just glad to finally be done. I would recommend FDMC.

These four gentlemen were excellent. They were very careful with our furniture and they kept busy the entire time. I kept offering them to take a break and have some water and they just kept working. They were very friendly as well!

Do not use this service! This company promised me moving services. They are a broker, so after the initial deposit, they no longer accept phone calls. The movers showed up and tried to charge more than the estimate. He walked away when I said I would not pay more. They called back and said they would do the job. They promised a three-day drop-off window, which did not happen. I flew out to a new location with no delivery. called and found out that all the items were still located in their original state. They flew back and found out they had a 45-day window to deliver. My daughter has an autoimmune disorder and only packed enough supplies for 2 weeks. In order to get her boxes, we had to pay the final destination fee to get her boxes back out of the storage location and mail them to the new location. Do not use this service.

The estimate was great. There was no problem when I needed to reschedule. The crew showed up ready to work. Fast, professional and careful. Finished quickly. Came in under the estimate. I would not hesitate to recommend.

All workers were extremely friendly, considerate, fast but careful, helpful with suggestions - changing my bed set three times until I was totally happy. Totally recommend.

They are speedy but cautious with your furniture

Good hard workers , on time. Just need to be more clearer when the price changes due to additional loads. I would hire again.

These guys were the best Dan, Tom and their crew were on time, knew what they were doing and did it, had great ideas so you knew they were experiencedâ ¦all the guys were so nice and helpful, Dan was an efficient team leader who knew how to get the most out of his teamâ ¦we couldnâ t have made this move as smoothly without them. My husband Rob and I highly recommend them.
