Final Phase Detailing, LLC.

On or about the 1st of February of 2026, I called Angi and requested the service of a professional to erect a 3 ft fence between my residence and the house next door. I also needed shower floor tiled removed and replaced as well as replacement of a bathroom door frame. One day later, I received a phone call from the service provider and setup an appointment for the provider and contractor to make a visit. Upon their arrival, I provided a picture of the desired service. They look at the shower repairs and also the fence request. I was told that they would be able to provide the service. I was later given a quote of $1800 to do the fence and $1200 to repair the bathroom shower. A deposit was requested of $2500 for both projects. I gave the service provider a cashier's check of $2500. The remaining $500 was to be paid upon completion of the work. The service provider had some materials delivered but not all. On 3/19/26, the contractor arrived with his assistant and started spraying to have the holes dug for the fence. We disagreed on where the poles were to be placed. I presented my property survey and the contractor informed me that the poles were being place based on the county code. He proceeded to dig for and place the fence posts. In my mind, I felt that something was wrong. The county code investigator came out on a later date and stated that the pole nearest the sidewalk was a code violation. He informed me that the distance from the pole to the sidewalk should be at least 6 feet, 3 inches. The contractors pole was 1 foot, 7 inches from the sidewalk. The code distance from the property line stake should be 1 foot, but the contractor placed the poles 2 1/2 feet from the stake, giving up 1 1/2 feet of property. The code investigator drove stakes into the ground marking the appropriate code guidelines. I also noticed that the poles were leaning and not in a straight line. When I informed the provider of the issue, the contractor stated that if any corrections were needed he would need to be paid additional. The contractor never returned to complete the job. Approximately one week later, the service provider came with a new contractor. After looking at the tub shower, the new contractor stated he knew someone who could do the work. No further actions or contact was made. As of today's date the fence and the work to the shower have not been completed and I haven't heard from the service provider.

Final phase did an awesome job cleaning my three Br three Bath house. I had a couple other cleaning co. In mind before choosing Final phase and I’m so happy I took them as my Final decision. Very professional, fast and they pay attention to detail. 10/10
