Adriana and her work companion came to my house twice to clean all my common areas, living room, dining room, kitchen and two bathrooms. I didn't even have them clean any of the 4 bedrooms. They were there for around 2 1/2 hours each time. On the service things looked nice. But areas in the kitchen that I thought should have been included in the cleaning were totally missed. Adriana presents herself in a very fine manner. Maybe I expected too much. But I don't think so.

Adriana is very hard working, and gets a lot done in a short amount of time. For this first cleaning, she required quite a bit of guidance, but that is to be expected. I will definitely be hiring her again.

PRO: Good job cleaning. Nice person. Ironed well. CON: Completely unreliable showing up at agreed time and date. Called twice at the last minute to say she couldn't come. One of those times was after she had been told how important a particular date was for cleaning/ironing because I was going out of town. Called 8 minutes before said she wasn't coming (offered another date when I would be out of town.....useless). Very disappointed in the character of the owner of this maid service.
