We recently hired Final Touch Construction for a massive cleaning project at our Coastal Pacific Foods facility, and they exceeded every expectation. We were dealing with a roughly 20,000 sq. ft. job that required a fast turnaround. While other companies were quoting us a two-week timeline, Final Touch was able to step in with very little notice and start within just a few days. The team was led by Kayla, who was an absolute professional from start to finish. Her leadership ensured the project stayed on track, and her crew was a total pleasure to work with. They managed to complete the work with a level of efficiency and quality that we honestly didn’t think was possible in that timeframe. We hired Final Touch to replace our old, neglected siding and had a great experience from start to finish. The estimate process was convenient and easy. Jose suggested work beyond the siding that would improve our home's overall look, which we were glad to consider and include in the project. He also looked at a couple windows we considered replacing; however, he diagnosed our issues with them being due to improper siding work in the past saved us that expense. The Final Touch quote was fair, in a similar range as three quotes we received, and it included a sale on materials from the siding manufacturer that other companies didn't mention. The work itself - demo of our old siding with some repairs and replacement with new James Hardie siding - was really well done and their crews were efficient, friendly, and thoughtful in taking care of our home. We had several obsolete utilities fixtures from the previous owners, which they took out while ensuring that our live utilities were preserved. It was really great working with Final Touch throughout this project and we'll definitely call them for other projects in the future.

Final Touch completed our once in a lifetime improvement of our 110 year old house with dedication and attention to detail. Jose respond to concerns and changes at all hours and with grace. The crew was on site ready to go each day at 8 and worked until 6. Our little craftsman home had a new roof in less than a week and new siding, windows and porches in 3 weeks. Everything was on budget including several additional scopes like interior trim and new plumbing for the hose bibbs. As new conditions were uncovered, Jose and the team had great recommendations for solving tricky transitions in the details. In the end the project is complete with low stress and a great feeling about the improvements and the Final Touch team that crafted them.

We have called on Final Touch for 3 different jobs. The first time we called, we were in a crisis where we discovered extremely damaged siding. Jose came the same day we called to provide a bid to tear out old siding and reside two sides of our home. After comparing bids, he started 4 days later. He brought a team that was used to working collaboratively and in 3 days, 6-8 men tore out the old and installed the new siding. Shortly after, he brought on a whole other crew of skilled painters to paint our whole home. Most recently, we hired Final Touch to redo a large deck with composite decking. Each time that weâ ve hired Final Touch weâ ve been impressed with the superior skill of each man assigned, the collaborative teamwork, and the highly professional methodology and outcome of their work. Jose and his crew were amazing! They showed up on time, thoroughly cleaned up after their work, kept me informed as they went along. I also had some other work that needed to be done that I asked about on the day of the windows being installed, they said no problem, got me a quote and picked up the supplies and installed them that day! Wow talk about service! I had some screens that needed to be done and I am on a budget, they worked with me on utilizing what they could from my existing screens and purchased only what they needed. Besides residing our entire house Jose and his crew boxed in our chimney, built an awning over a sliding glass door they installed replaced 3 very large windows. They cleaned up daily and were very professional. I highly recommend them
