Did not do a good job on the pavers he installed. Was very disappointed. It looks a mess. Holes everywhere.

We shopped around for quite some time before choosing Final Touch Professional Hardscapes and we are very happy with our decision. We worked with Shane, the owner, the entire time. He was able to guide us from the first step through completion and the finished job came out exactly as we had hoped it would. He always arrives on time and stayed each day until that days work was completed. We had one small hiccup found after he was done which was related to an unexpected change that I requested. I called him when I saw the issue and he came right right over to make the adjustment. To date, this was my best experience dealing with a contractor in Florida.

Contracted to install a new drain and sand/seal existing pavers. Was to cut existing pavers to install drain. Horrible job. Not straight with large gaps where pavers cut too small leaving the gaps. The trench he cut is not even straight. When he reinstalled pavers around drain trench they are installed unevenly and not even flat. He sanded the pavers and left large spaces between pavers unsanded. He was told. He then misapplied sealer getting sealer on pool enclosure and patio columns. When confronted about bad sand job he proceeded to put wheelbarrows of sand on uncured sealer and tried brushing in between pavers resulting in lumps of sand hardened into sealant on top of pavers. Absolute disaster. Have had other professionals come out and everyone said absolutely the worst job ever seen. When confronted he does not believe he is liable for fixing problem. If I could have given a negative rating I would. Cost to fix 3 1/2 times cost. I frankly rate his work a disaster. He says he does not have capability to fix his mess and yet won t pay to correct. If he denies thus comment, I can provide photos.

We are extremely happy and plan on using this business in the future.

Great customer service. I had multiple options and Final Touch responded immediately. Was prompt. Price was exactly in the middle of the estimates. New Pavers matched old pavers exactly. Finished in time for Memorial Day BBQ pool party. Great job Final Touch.

I hired this guy he lied with me and got a deposit from me and my HOA found he does not have PINELLAS county license after 8months still he did not refund rest of my money.

This company was very professional. Shane and his staff was very attentive to the details of the request I constantly made of him in completing my project. He was prompt, and made sure he completed the project to our satisfaction. Would hire again.
