The Mold Guy, Inc.

I called The Mold Guy out about 3 years ago. He did the tests like advertised. He was punctual, polite, and meticulous in his work. The cost was higher than I thought because for say a bathroom, it needed a swab and an air sample, two separate charges. He did give me a discount after I haggled with him so I only deducted a half star. I actually thought the company was going to remove the mold but I found out that was a separate service from another company. My wife later yelled at me saying that "we could see the mold ourselves, why did you test, duh, just clean it up"

Mark and Brian were punctual, professional, patient and so kind. They were thorough, knowledgeable. Friendly, but serious about their work, they are clearly the experts in this field. I can't recommend their services enough, if you're in the necessary position to need to hire mold inspectors.

Very professional. Complete report, with explanations. Would hire again.

this guy is customer service. very respectful. absolutely amazing if I could give more stars I would

Mark Levy is so knowledgeable about all types of mold and extremely courteous.

Same day appointment. Took 3 samples for $500. Results came back within a couple days and the report was done within 3 business days after that

They were very knowledgeable amd detail in their testing.

Very professional, very good.

Mark did an excellent job: he took down information from me over the phone and explained his pricing for a house visit and sample analysis; he showed up on time and was professional and courteous throughout the inspection and sample taking; he explained things to us thoroughly and worked with us to set up a future plan of action. If 10 is your top rating, we'd give Mark, The Mold Guy a 20.

Good communication and explanations of findings.

Very trustworthy.

Very professional. Gave great advice on how to avoid mold issues and pointed out potential asbestos issues although we didn't hire them for that.

Mark Levy is The Mold Guy! If your looking for a real professional with experience and very knowledgeable that can explain to you exactly what he is doing and still give you quality service this is the man. Mark is a true professional the service was outstanding. A+++++

I was a little unsure about the process. Loui was really great about explaining the whole process. In the predicament I am in with my apartment The Mold Guy really shed light on us in a very dark situation. I hope you never need to be in a position to hire a mopd inspector but, if you are I would really recommend The Mold Guy.

I hired them to come do a mold test on my rental property and was very happy with the service and professionalism of the company. Very thorough and knowledgable!

They do great work

Louis aka Louie was a SAINT! I looked everywhere online for someone to help me with my mold problem, he was BY FAR the most understanding, most caring, and the BEST person for the job! He assisted me and my kids with this testing and further explained to us what was going on throughout my home. He went above and beyond what was expected of him. If you're looking for someone who is interactive, helpful, and reliable, HE IS YOUR MAN! I highly recommend anyone who is looking for services, to look him up personally.

Mark was terrific, straight forward, did work efficiently and did the work quickly. I would recommend him to anyone looking for mold removal.

Very knowledgeable. They were great.

They are very professional and gave me very valuable recommendations on their extremely detailed report. Great customer service and made the whole experience very easy for me!

The inspection performed by The Mold Guy was thourough and accurate, It was money well spent. I would recommend their services to anyone who may be having a mold problem.

I was unable to hire Mark (the owner), for this particular project, which has turned out to be more complexed than I had anticipated. But I was extremely impressed with his advice and sensitivity with regards to our emergency. Mark is undoubtedly highly qualified, with many years of exprerience in his profession. And despite his busy schedule, he took the time to follow up with a second call, to see how we were getting along. Mark is not only very knowledgeable, but possesses genuine concern for his clients and callers. I would not hesitate to recommend his company to any of my friends or family.
