My kitchen remodel included removing a wall, moving a wall as well as all the old electrical, HVAC, pipes this in a 75 year old home. The end product amazes everyone who sees it and me every day! Jordan, Tyler and their crew were the utmost in professional. They are talented, hard working, conscientious and patient and wanted to make sure everything was done exactly how I wanted it. This company is the real deal. They will be only ones I call for my next project!

We found the majority of the work excellent with perhaps some not as good in a toilet installation by a sub contractor. Our biggest complaint is that the completion date was run over by more than 5 weeks and there were periods of up to 2 weeks during the project in which nothing was done.

What a great company! We love the way our home turned out. Jordan was a blessing! We definitely recommend him to anyone in need. You cannot go wrong! When we purchased a slight fixer upper we were so overwhelmed with what had to be done (e.g. the decisions, the money, the time, etc.). Jordan was able to help us figure it and not only got it done quickly but he did so without breaking the bank. When we need remodeling again we will definitely reach out to him and his crew. My project was to finish the lower basement of my 4 level split. From the beginning I felt really comfortable with Jordan and I felt like I could trust his judgment. His expertise and suggestions made me feel that he was the one I needed for the job. He was very personable, easy to work with, and he respected me. Whenever I had a question or a concern he was so willing to meet with me. He cared about the quality of the work being done and even had things redone so they would be right. I appreciated the way he supported me and went to bat for me when there was a problem with the permit. When a plumbing problem occurred in my home that had nothing to do with the basement project he was right there to help me. It was such a relief knowing that I could count on him to follow through and have his team correct the damage. Jordan's partner, Tyler, was also wonderful to work with and did an excellent job. He has a friendly and respectful personality and I enjoyed getting to know him. To be honest, I felt comfortable with the whole entire team . It was a pleasure to work with them and I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.

The guys at Fine Design are so great to work with, not only are they patient with you but they helped make it so much easier for me by really helping with the design and making my vision a reality. From choosing light fixtures, sinks, and flooring to going above and beyond with paint samples! The people that came to work at my home were professional, polite, and hard working. Even after the project was completed I know I can call Jordan with problems or questions. I would and will use them for any project large or small.

Fine Design completed a fairly large renovation on our home, including removing a (previously) exterior load-bearing wall to combine rooms, and adding two new bathrooms. We were set at ease knowing that they thought of our project as "not that big." They were very knowledgeable and we never had to worry that things would not be done correctly. The city inspections went very smoothly with slight adjustments recommended. Tyler (the foreman) was very respectful, even taking off his work boots when walking through any part of the house not part of the project. He also acted as a teacher to other guys on the crew, and reassured us that all work was double-checked and corrected if necessary. The project took quite a bit longer than expected, with initial estimate at 10 to 12 weeks, with the final project completed at 20 weeks, however, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year holidays happened during the project, and there was an unexpected load-bearing wall to remove - requiring an engineer report and consultation. Overall, we LOVE our new space, and they helped us get it. Outside of their own workers, all of the trades and contractors they used were friendly, respectful, and did good work. I commend them for driving to use in Salt Lake City proper each day from Lehi/Provo/Orem areas, sometimes working very long days to catch up on work. Most of the time, my husband and I were not able to be at home while they were working, and I never worried that things would be taken or damaged. BEST qualities: trustworthy, knowledgeable, and friendly Considerations: Project might take longer than estimated as they handle several projects at a time, and can generally only work 2 to 3 days per week on one project.

The quality of work done on our home is great. We love our new addition. Jordan and his team have come back several times to make sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it. i appreciated the suggestions given that made the outcome even better. They are professional, trustworthy and hard workers.

The company is correctly named. Jordan made our original remodel plans into a finely designed addition. When Jordan came to bid on our project, he listened for many hours and walked our home with us. He suggested that probably our best option to improve space in the master bedroom and bath was to add an additional 8 ft to the house. Even though the project became bigger than we initially thought, we are more than pleased with the result of the beautiful master suite we now have, as well as updated bathrooms and extended laundry room. Because we at first were very concerned about the additional costs of increasing the scale of the project, he helped us to pick products within our budget and also helped us understand the pros and cons of choosing different building materials. I think we would have tried to do the job only with sticking with the lowest price on everything without Jordan. With Jordan's help we were able to make better decisions about when it would make sense to save money on one feature, so that features we most cared about would have the best quality within our overall price range. Jordan was extremely accessible and very honest. I was impressed by the quality of the work by his main team of workers. Once we agreed on the price, the costs varied little throughout the project. Any problems during the project and after the project were taken care of promptly. I would highly recommend Jordan and his team.

Jordan was great to work with and had great ideas that helped us redesign our project. I would definitely call Jordan again!
