Monroe did a great job. He was always right on time and very responsive. He is an extremely hard worker and takes real pride in his craft. He really went above and beyond in completing my multiple small projects which including fixing several doors, painting baseboards, and patching/painting cracks in the walls. He even went above and beyond and asked if he could paint the door threshold which was scratched up while replacing the door hinges. I felt he provided great value, especially in light of how much time effort and attention he put into the work. I was so pleased I added an extra $50 to our agreed upon price as a small thank you.

Bathroom and kitchen came out great

Great job! I had to fill a hole where a medicine cabinet previously was. They responded within an hour, and were out here the next morning. Highly recommend!

I had three small but very different projects involving repair and installation. Monsour arrived promptly on time and handled them all creatively and efficiently. He was excellent to work with and I had full confidence in him.

Needed rotted wood replaced. He called in the morning, but didn't arrive until mid-afternoon. Once here, the repair went very smoothly and he was very knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant.

Monroe is a delightful, honest person who does excellent work. He is thorough, professional and eager. He repaired outside steps and risers as well as boards on my front porch. He also replaced the stoop for the back entrance way.He scraped, washed and painted all surfaces of the work he repaired. I am pleased with the work he performed for me. I would hired him again without any question.

I had a basement well cover that needed some reinforcement work done so that it can survive a few more winters. I had the solution in mind and after talking it over with Mansour, I was confident that he knew what I meant. Mansour was able to do the work, I just had to explain to him one additional thing that was needed. He came back to finish the job a few days later and I am satisfied with what he did. Mansour was prompt, he showed up when he said he would, and finished the job to my satisfaction.

He came on time and was very neat but perhaps a little pricey. I'm not sure about the pricey part and I would definitely use him again.

Excellent and thorough work. Mansour repaired my ceiling and did a number of other jobs. I hired him for an additional job and was very happy with his skill and cleanliness.

Mansour / Monroe did not show up to the job 9 days out of the 15 days that he scheduled. Since I had to arrange my work schedule so I could let him in and answer questions, it was a big problem and a big waste.

He was prompt and curteous. He was also knowledgeable. We are satisfied and will use him again

Quality of the work was good. Just felt it was a bit expensive for one day job. very personable and offered suggestions for other things I needed done. I would hire again but would probably negotiate the price a bit harder.

I had my door knocked in by the fire department, and needed a hand putting it back together in a hurry. Not only did Mansour fix the door quickly, he did an excellent job reinforcing the frame to be stronger than before, and finished the job well making it look as good as new. Mansour is very easy to work with, and I will hire him again soon!

Excellent worker that does quality work

Mr. Mansour did wonderful job installing our basement floor tiles and fixed a basement door as well as waterproof an area in the basement. He was professional and prompt, get work done on time. He also made good suggestions on repairing things, and fixed a few things when he saw them. I'd recommend him.

Mr. Khalil installed a backsplash in my kitchen; I was impressed with his patience and his workmanship. He seems to have an innate sense of balance and color that made the backsplash a real piece of art. Mr. Khalil also mounted two curtain rods in my bathroom, a more frustrating job than he had anticipated, I think. But his humor and good will served him well ! I recommend him highly.

Beautiful work and careful, knowledgeable about all aspects of carpentry. The job was bigger than expected but was very well done. I will hire Mansour again.

Mansour efficiently repaired falling insulation above the attached two car garage with strapping. He sanded and painted an interior and exterior door including rust removal. Excellent work completed by a non-smoker (very important in a non-smoking household). He noticed inside door had no molding-an unfinished project of mine. He saw the molding supplies and immediately offered/completed installing and sealing it. I would highly recommend him. He is a one-man shop and the schedule may need to be somewhat flexible.

Manour travelled to Melrose during a blizzard to complete our project, which was to install an attic access hatch and linen closet shelves. His pricing was very competitive and he came with excellent references. He charges for labor, then the cost of materials plus 20 percent. He worked quickly, cleanly and professionally. I liked the way he recycled the old shelving to create the new shelves. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.
