Ivan was great and I would highly recommend his services. He was prompt, professional and cleaned up the job site at the end of each workday. Our project was to repair an approximate 40 foot (including stairs ) slate walkway. He first pressure washed it and then used acid to remove old mineral stains. He reset a number of loose slate pieces and then used a grinder to cut out the old mortar mix from in between the seams where it was cracked and loose as well as removed old mortar that was noticeably darker. The last step was to fill in these spaces with new mortar mix. The result was excellent.

Ivan and company are great craftsmen. The stone wall they built surpassed any brochure. Our chimney has been "repointed" and new flashing installed. They probably were 30% under our other bids. The jobsite was always tidy, even offered a porta potty. Great company!!!

Ivan and Alex were great - they were on schedule and made sure the job site was clean and secure at the end of each day. The wall they installed is unique and way beyond our expectations! In fact, as soon as Ivan can fit us in, we want Fine Stone Design to build a second wall around the rest of our property. I know we can count on them, and we will have nothing to worry about!

Ivan did an amazing job on our retaining wall and paver install. He finished early, corrected our drainage issues, gave advise on future projects, and worked with me to stage additional work. We will be using Fine Stone Design for all our additional landscaping and paver installs. Flawless work all around.

We had a retaining wall and stairs installed. Workmanship is excellent, Ivan exceeded my expectations. We will be looking to do more work with Ivan in the future.

Ivan did an awesome job in installed cultured stone. He helped us choose the right stone type for our house. The work quality was amazing looked very professional. We wanted to change the house numbers and wanted a particular kind and Ivan found the exact style we wanted all the way in WA. They always showed up on one and finished the project within the time that was decided. They always cleaned up the work area at the end of the day. The finished poduct was awesome and we are very happy with it. It has given a good curb appeal to our house.

Ivan did a fantastic job, the work is beautiful, the site was pristine when done and he even went above and beyond to snake out a drain a haul away extra debris. Great work, I would highly recommend them.

Ivan rebuilt the chimney from the roof up and repaired the fireplace. Ivan was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done and in his workmanship. He did a fantastic job. He cleaned up after the project was completed. We would highly recommend Ivan and look forward to having him do some future projects.

Ivan was wonderful. He did everything exactly as I asked him to do it...well execpt when his idea was better then we did it his way. He was not the cheapest bid...but his work and craftmanship were worth every cent we paid. He took out trees, built a retaining wall, added paviors to the patio for my BBQ and left me with a back yard I can enjoy and maintain myself...Would I hire him again...Yes...100%

Ivan and Alex were extremely professional and prompt. The extensive repair/cleaning job of my fireplace and chiminey was done in a timely manner and very thorough. My fireplace looks and works like new!

I gave them 5 stars because they were not only the first to respond, first to look at the project and first with a bid, but they worked with us and our particular needs. A small portion of an 80 feet by 4 feet stone retaining wall collapsed. About 25 feet needed to be rebuilt and the job looks great and was started the same day we signed the contract. Very nice work, fast and clean. I wish all my projects went this well.

EASY TO WORK WITH - QUICK TO START AND FINISH PROJECT - WORK NICELY DONE

One day, while on ServiceMagic.com, I was inquiring about having a walkway and sidewalk done. To my surprise, within 5 minutes, I received a call from Ivan of Fine Stone Design, LLC. He agreed to meet with me that afternoon. He arrived on time and we began to discuss the project. Since my wife was not available, he agreed to come back so she could voice her thoughts and opinions about the project. The project was delayed during a couple of weeks of below freezing temperatures. When the weather was favorable, Ivan and crew were busy installing a brick retaining wall and sidewalk. My wife and I had specific requirements for the positioning and design of both our retaining wall and sidewalk. Ivan installed it exactly the way we envisioned it. Ivan even offered recommendation to enhance the look of the project as well. Ivan was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Ivan is a perfectionist with regard to his expertise. When it comes to customer service, Ivan makes it a top priority. I am planning an addition to my back patio. When I do, I am sure to give Ivan a call. Lastly, I would definitely recommend Fine Stone Design, LLC to anyone thinking about having either a retaining wall or sidewalk done.

Very professional and friendly. Despite poor weather, the chimney repair was completed quickly. The fireplace is more than we imagined.

Ivan was timely with his estimate. He was open to scheduling and completed his work on time. He left the site clean when finished. I will use Ivan on future jobs.

Ivan is very good at what he does. I had 3 large raised garden beds put in our backyard.Also, he filled the boxes with 3 way soil. He did a wonderful job. He was on time and cleaned up any mess that there may have been. I wished that I had him before on some projects. His fee was fair and I would recommend him. If you want a good job done, then call Ivan. He can do just about any project.

He is still working and doing a wonderful job!
