Designer - Landscape
I?m in Ivy Hills. No it?s not million dollar lane, but it?s a nice home. Have lived there 43 years. Had Fine Touch out for some clearing of weeds, brush, trimming etc. They were there 2 days. Charged me over $5000. Insisted that I join some deal breaker service for $101. Then another charge for nearly $300. No explanations why. At first they acted interested . I think because I didn?t have a BIG project (more$) I became worthless to them. They were trying to charge this $300 two times. I caught them. As of Sept14,2026 the work is still unfinished. I got screwed bad. Do not hire these people . They only like the big spenders. Not sure if they like women. Need more info?? Get a hold of me and I?ll take ya a tour of their work for a pricey price. Sad.

"Becky, we are disappointed to read this review because it does not accurately reflect our records or our understanding of how this project concluded. This project was financed at your request, and the financing terms and associated charges were part of that process. The contracted scope of work was completed, and at the conclusion of the project, our team walked the property with you to review the completed work. At that time, our understanding was that the work was satisfactory. Additional work was later requested that was not included in the original contracted scope. We explained that we would be happy to complete additional work, but that work outside the approved proposal would require an additional charge. Unfortunately, we could not agree to perform additional, uncontracted work at no cost. We also want to be very clear that the suggestion that our company treats customers differently based on gender is completely inconsistent with how we operate. We work with and value customers of all backgrounds, and project size or gender has no bearing on the respect or professionalism we provide. We stand behind the work that was included in the agreed-upon scope, and we made substantial efforts to address your concerns throughout this process. While we understand that you are unhappy with the financing costs and our position regarding additional work, we respectfully disagree with the characterization of our company and this project presented in this review. ? Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
I hired them to build a deck that I was told would take 3 days. Paid more than half for job to get supplies. ONLY thing that happened when they said it would was delivering of supplies on that Monday BUT delivered the WRONG COLOR for decking red brown was suppose to be beige!!! After many calls and texting saying would be by to pick up the WRONG decking and start building frame it was 5 days just to pick up WRONG decking and three days of NOT SHOWING UP before ANY work was started!!! One excuse after the next could not get good decking from Menards after being told IT WAS in stock. NONE of my furniture was put back on my deck as I was told it would be and all extra decking that I PAID FOR was taken!! Some was brought back BUT NOT ALL! Jacob Morris Grant tried to pressure me into paying the balance BEFORE the job was completed!!! Said would get the work done but after being told the job would take 3 days and was going on 3 weeks and never showing up or following through when they said they would I COULD NOT TRUST THEIR WORD!! They came on my property after being told I was leaving town and WOULD NOT be home I would deal with it on Monday when I returned they came on my property anyway!!! Jacob had NO TIME to call and talk to me or even come and SEE what I was talking about but could text and pressure for payment in full!!!! Terrible way of doing business AND HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION OR LACK OF!!! Wish I read reviews before I hired them!!! STAY AWAY UNLESS YOUR LOOKING FOR A HEADACHE!!

Lawn & Yard Waste Clean Up
Jake and his team trimmed bushes, did a spring clean up around the yard and put down mulch. Jake is very good at communicating with the customer as far as next steps and progress. They did a great job and I look forward to working with Fine Touch Services in the future.
