Avi and his team did an awesome job. Cannot thank him enough for the meticulous planning and execution which resulted in making our house look like new !!! The work involved redoing bathrooms, kitchen flooring and painting. We had no previous remodeling experience and Avi took the time to explain the details so there were no surprises. First off, a little primer on Contractors in general is in order. Your Contractor, in almost all cases, will not be swinging the hammer or even lifting one. He is the project Coordinator. He lines up and schedules the subs and, hopefully, stays on top of them to ensure that the project gets completed sometime within the window of time and money promised. That said, you will go over time, you will go over budget and you will end up working as a sub Foreman for your Contractor as he will call or text you to see if a certain sub actually bothered to show up on the day promised. All that being true, Avi and Finesse Remodeling did a fantastic job and delivered a beautiful kitchen once all the dust settled. There will be times when you hate the process intently and will ask yourself why in God's name did you even consider doing this and you will project this onto your Contractor. That is part of the reason you are paying him. What is undeniable about FInesse is the quality of their subs. The work was impeccable, be it painting, tile work or plumbing. Another important point to be aware of with a remodel: you will have to figure out what you want before starting the project down to the nitty gritty details. The clearer the idea and vision you have, the better the end result. There are things you have to take care of and order for yourself. The cabinet hardware for instance. If you find some great hardware online, order it before you begin the job and make sure it arrives before you begin the job. Same thing with tile or anything else that is "special" as you do not want to do anything to slow down the process. Subs not being able to show up because material you ordered failed to arrive is something you want to avoid at all costs because you should never be the bottleneck on your own remodel and you lose the ability to blame the Contractor for a slowdown if they can't install because you failed to anticipate a lead time. Finesse Remodeling delivered a beautiful kitchen with the least amount of grief possible. We will use them as soon as we have refilled the coffers to the level that we can afford the bathroom.

Avi Ben Dov, the owner, is an excellent project manager and problem solver. Issues will inevitably pop up and how they are handled determines if they are bumps in the road or a chasm across all lanes. Avi immediately jumps in, finds a solution and keeps issues from becoming problems. His crews are professional, skilled in their area of expertise and put customer satisfaction first, just as Avi does. He makes sure everything within his control is done on time and done well. I hope to use him again in the future for other projects. My new kitchen is beautiful and efficient! Thank you to your office staff as well. Joyce and Cassandra were amazing!

We are writing to express our absolute pleasure, trust and satisfaction as a result of the work performed on our bathroom remodel by Finesse Remodeling. The workmanship, timeline and quality of the personnnel was a welcome ending to a process that we had certainly been trepadacios about ever starting! Along with the work, we had to assure our renters that the work would be done by a professional company, fully licensed and bonded. Mr. Avi, our contractor, was thoughtful and precise in his estimates and design ideas. He took us from a nervous state of mind to one of complete trust as the job progressed. We started the redo and suddenly WE had to leave the country and our bathroom in his hands and that of the crew. Sam, his co-designer was with our tenant every step of the way. Avi was a "on-site" contractor that was true to his word and eager to please his customers. Believe it or not, we were at ease knowing that the tenants were happy with the daily work of the company and that the workers were quiet and respectful of the stay at home author/tenant.

Throughout the construction phase, his team always arrived on time and did a fantastic job keeping our condo clean while they were working. They cleaned up their work space at the end of every day and managed to contain the mess incredibly well. Both Avi and his foreman Sam were great about communicating with me and were very easy to connect with whenever I had a question. The project was completed on time, and Avi arranged for cleaners to clean any remaining construction dust or residue from the bathroom and the surrounding area in the bedroom. The bathroom now has an incredibly beautiful and great functionality that it didn't have before.

They were a fantastic crew, efficient , They were very easy to work with, they came under schedule they had set. transformed a foreclose home in bad shape , re-gutted and put all new floors , new kitchen. My wife & I are very happy... everybody who comes over gives great compliments. Avi is a great guy to work with. Beautiful ! At the end he sent a pro cleaning crew to do the whole house free of charge

The workers were clean and neat and quiet. They were on time and on the job daily. Avi is easy to work with, affable, and open to the client's wishes. Having a cleaning service come at the end of the job is a nice perk. Suggestion to homeowners: As with any project, know exactly what you want and give your contractor diagrams and photos at the onset so everyone is clear on the job's parameters. A complete drawing with specs for all of the design elements as well as an accurate parts' cost should be a part of the signing process. And as with any remodel--ladies, give up on the dust throughout your home until the work is totally completed.
