Art called me within 5 minutes of a web submission on a day after July 4th. He worked it out to come to my residence that afternoon. He verified the work that needed done and within 48 hours had a brand new A/C unit installed. His prices are affordable as he has no overhead and he is a great guy who does fantastic work. I'd never wish a broken AC on anyone, but if any of my friends have one, I'll gladly and wholeheartedly recommend Art. He was fantastic!

He gave us a great solution installing a mini split in our cape cod that will save us money and constant monitoring vents and the thermostat to accommodate heating and cooling upstairs and downstairs. Art was fantastic. I had received several large estimates to replace my old R22 heat pump. Art came in, reviewed my situation, and sensibly quoted a new R410 system just replacing the necessary equipment. This saved me several thousand dollars. His work was meticulous, clean-up was great, and the job done on time. The system is working great! After what I have been through with others, I couldn't be happier.
