Brad was prompt, courteous, honest, and very knowledgeable about roofing products. He sold us what we needed, and not what we didn't. We accepted several bids, and Brad quoted us a better shingle for the same amount of money. What really impressed us was how quickly he corrected a problem we noted after the initial job was completed. His crew was out the next working day fixing it with no argument at all. The grounds were spotless after they were finished and the trash trailer was promptly removed.

Bradley did a roof repair for me and did an excellent job. He took pictures of the problem areas, explained how and why he wanted to repair my roof in a particular way, and did the work in a very reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price. Bradley did an excellent job and I've had no further problems with my roof. I would definitely recommend Bradley to others looking for a contractor.

He follows through with this fantastic service from beginning to end, and makes sure you are informed throughout the process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with no hesitation. My roof was completed in 1 day and it looks fantastic. He kept me informed throughout the process by phone and e-mail and occasional visits. I could always get in contact with him - he was very dependable and trustworthy and full of knowledge and helpful hints. Awesome customer service!

Bradley was the only one of the companies to present himself in a completely professional manner. He personally got on the roof to quote, sent detailed pictures he took, and then took the time to come by our house and explain himself and his company. The quote he gave was higher than anyone else, but when we compared the quality and type of mateirals he was using with the quotes of his competitors, it was obvious that the bulk of the extra cost was in materials and effort. After a quick haggle, we found a fair price. He was on-site every day to ch+eck his crew, and even came back weeks later when a vent ridge lifted up half an inch. A+++

Finish Line did a fine job. Bradley is great at explaining everything and over seeing the job. He took pictures of the holes in the plywood after the shingles were off and sent them to me immediately. He came back and took care of a few minor things in a timely manner. They were very knowledgeable about the products and our situation with an old roof and some poor flashing work. They were a good bit less expensive too.
