"This has nothing to do with the job that I was hired to do on home advisor, the original job was to fix a fence that was hit by a vehicle. I completed the fence back to the original condition and turned out so well that the neighbor hired me to extend her fence, and then the neighborhood pooled together and wanted me to build a gated access way to prevent homeless from walking through their building walkway to prevent theft of amazon boxes. As for the shed, I stated several times that the customer needed to pull permits in order to complete the shed, and the customer never did. legally I could not continue to finish the project as there were no permits still pulled by the time this review was written. Ultimately this is a fabrication of the truth, the only thing she discussed was she wanted a shed built and insisted that she wanted it in this specific location, after voicing my hesitation, she insisted and pushed me to build it and said it would be fine. I stated that this needed to be permitted as I didn't know upfront that the area was a communal piece of property and the gas company would need to access the meters at some point. I built a trap door to access the meters in the meantime, again the permit was supposed to be pulled. For a total material cost of $1100 in material, including the additional $300, I did not charge for labor and I told her that I would come back when she had the permit in hand, still to this day there has been no permit applied for."
