Finished Basements Plus

My family lives in a small Berkley home and didn't have a big enough space for the family to gather. Enter basement plus , I found them advertised on Facebook and thought I'd give them a try. Upon the first meeting my husband and I knew we picked the right company. Our project manager was very communicative with any changes or concerns we had during the build . The working crew went above and beyond with their professionalism during the construction. Also want to shout out to the electrician they used during the built , we came out several times to help us with an electric issue which we later found wasn't a basement issue. He still fixed the issue and didn't ask us to call someone else or charging a crazy amount. The end results beautiful!! I'm so happy with the space and to be able to use every space of the house is everything! Thank you Basement Plus! Will definitely use them in the future for our home construction needs .

So many sales tactics for a simple project. Have to have two meetings over an hour before price quote such a waste of time.

The workmanship was excellent I would give 5 stars but the communication with the project manager was terrible Brandon, Malik and Nate were absolutely awesome and that’s why 4 stars and not 3

Joe came out gave great detailed tutorials about waterproofing my basement and detailed pricing

The team lead by Dan, Project Manager was great! Many guys on the team all professional and courteous. Kaden and Jake were thorough and always upbeat. The contractors were also excellent in their areas of specialty. Dan was reliable and communicated every step in the project with me. And, my project completed timely! Michael came out for a warranty project and was professional and personal. Michael was meticulous in his work and the outcome was fabulous!
