Mendez Drywall

Paco Mendez is a true professional who was quickly available and stayed on the job until it was done. He was able to repair other tasks which I thought would have to be done by a different contractor. He got the job done on time.

Paco is a pleasure to work with. He is honest, reliable, and very skilled in his work. He takes pride in his work and is careful to do it right. He doesn't cut corners and makes sure that the job is perfect.

The guy did a fantastic job. I would recommend him to anyone that needs dry wall work.

Prompt communication. Arrived when scheduled. Paco and crew were very efficient. Hung ceiling and under stairs. Several soffits to deal with and fixing of my DIY. Great finish coat with 1/10th the mess if I had tried to do it. Of course there were some small spots to patch that I noticed after I washed the walls before painting but I could easily handle those. I put Kilz primer and Behr semi-gloss and still the finish looks good. I did sand the primer coat like he mentioned to get the patches I made as smooth as possible. I did the cleanup after each day. But it was only 15 minutes vacuuming or wiping down. It was a big job. 4 days to finish. I counted 32 man hours. It was more time than I think he imagined. He did not ask for any down payment. Overall, very pleased. Paid him more than he quoted and would recommend.

They were here the next day and worked until the job was done. Very fast and efficient. Went around and fix any and all repairs and patches needed on all the walls. Did great skim coat and general hanging and mudding of drywall. We will hire them again when it's time for our basement project. Would recommend to everyone!!!

They don't give you an invoice for the job which I needed.

Paco was great! He even recommended a plumber and they came in and knocked it out! I had done some diy drywall patching and I didn't even notice until he left, that he had taken the time to smooth it out! Thanks Paco and Danny!
