Vinyl Liner for Swimming Pool Replacement

Installed liner which tore the next morning after filling overnight, upon his instructions. Said he?d order new liner and replace, sling w covering pool before winter, as husband had knee surgery right after job was scheduled. Dragged on w one excuse after another. Never replied until we filed small claims court case. Made promise to return half of money w new liner at court. Never showed up, violated court instruction, leaving us stranded. He is irresponsible, took our full payment, DO NOT recommend him!!
