Great customer service. Very responsive.

Despite discussing (several times) with the supervisor, the primary things to be done in my invalid sister's home, they were not. My goal was to have her very small 4 room, 1 bath home, vacuumed, floors mopped and her bathroom cleaned (no dusting-too many niknaks). Two workers and three hours later, only two rooms were vacuumed and mopped, her bathroom was not cleaned (a priority), but things in those two rooms were dusted! She's disappointed, I feel taken advantage of in a major way!

Excellent customer service and ease of payment. Willing to work to accommodate scheduling.

All in all a good service. The initial visit went 2 hours over estimate though.

I was very pleased with this cleaning company. I just kept walking around my house smiling looking at the results.

Very nice work and it was great to have all of the rooms in my house clean at the same time. Another plus was that they didn't break anything :-)

They were friendly and completed the project in a timely fashion. My only complaint is that for some reason my freezer was not cleaned. The fridge was cleaned but the freezer was skipped ?

I spoke with the owner & set up a date to clean my home. The employees arrived on time & cleaned my home & left without any problems. I immediately rescheduled them for 2 weeks. They came back in 2 weeks & cleaned my home. I spoke with the owner & set them up for cleaning every two weeks. They were friendly & did their job & left me with a clean home!

Adequate job. A bit more attention to detail would have improved the result.

They're efficient, responsive, and reasonably-priced. We switched from Merry Maids (which are none of those things) and we haven't looked back. Finishing Touches cares about you and your home. They're awesome.

The ladies are friendly and always show up on time. They do an excellent job on both my master bath and my hardwood floors !! (the two things I ordered service for) Not only are my hardwood floors swept and mopped, Murphy oil is put on them !! My place looks so great when they are done !! Barry K. Lough

Finshing Touches Cleaning Services did an excellent job for my husband and myself as we gave my sister-in-law a gift of having her home cleaned. They were able to clean her home before she arrived home from the hospital on short notice. They could not have been more professional and caring. Thank you "Finsihing Touches"

So far the experience and initial cleaning has been what I was lead to expect, and I look forward to the regularly scheduled appointments. This should maintain the property allowing me time to work on additions and other improvements to the property.

SARAH CAME TO OUR HOUSE AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE. SHE SEEMED VERY NICE. WE HIRED HER BUT SHE DOESN'T COME UNTIL NEXT WEEK. OUR DAUGHTER HIRED HER ALSO.

They accommodated me when I was in a pinch and did a great job.

The house I moved into was VERY dirty and they did an excellent job making it look great!

We met and went through the house and agreed on some work to be done, some in phases.

Everything was just very good. They are very quiet and really do job.
