Finishing Touches by Dianne provides quality custom window treatments & bedding for residential & commercial applications. Located in Worcester,MA, serving Worcester County & all of Massachusetts, we provide free initial consultations; we bring the samples to you for viewing in the room you are decorating. Interior decor advice has never been better. Computerized design renderings before you buy are a favorite service of every client I've seen. We also provide professional window measuring & custom installation of everything we make or sell. Our services include soft window treatments made in our own local workrooms such as draperies, side panels, cornices, valances & top treatments, fabric Roman shades as well as bedding, cushions, pillows, table linens & light upholstery. Our hard window treatments include horizontal blinds, shades, shutters, Roman Shades, woven natural shades, verticals and solar/roller shades along with decorative drapery hardware. Dianne is wonderful to work with. Her suggestions paid off. My bedroom looks great. I was really impressed with the time and energy she gave my project. She was professional and responsive to my questions and needs. The installer, John Barsamian, was great. He was meticulous, professional and neat. No clean-up needed. Everything fits perfectly and functions so well. Extremely happy with results. I would hire them back in a minute, and highly recommend them.

Dianne did a great job in getting everything turned around with our tight deadline. We needed to get all the blinds installed before my wife gave birth and Dianne made it happen for us. The product and service she provides is top notch and I will definitely hire her again.

Dianne knows her business! She suggested ideas as to what might work best for my particular windows. She spent quite a bit of time answering questions and showing me samples of different products and options. Dianne measured everything twice and was really very thorough. All the qualities of a professional designer. In addition to that, I really enjoyed her company. My new window treatment is just beautiful. I would surely hire her again. You won't be disappointed .

Dianne was such a pleasure to work with! From our first conversation on the phone to the install of our curtains, the turn around time was quicker than expected. She took the time and was very patient with my husband and I helping us decide on which drapes and curtain rod we wanted. She comes with a lot expertise and provided a lot of insight when we were unsure. She is very thorough and always ensures that you are happy with the final product. I would highly recommend Dianne to anyone interested in installing any window coverings. She makes the process so much easier and more convenient.

We received multiple quotes for our blind install and decided to go with Dianne and her team. Dianne provided the most thorough explanation of the products, options, and installation out of all the bids. Additionally, Dianne was the most prepared, professional and extremely knowledgeable. When we received all of the written quotes, Dianne's immediately stood out as the most detailed and thorough of them all. I have never seen such attention to detail in any home project we have pursued and this attention to detail was reflected in her work upon installation. We could not be more happy with our decision to use Dianne and cannot recommend her enough. I would not hesitate to use Dianne again and we are extremely happy with the outcome.

Dianne arrived on time for our appointment, had an armload of drapery material (as well as more in her car) and many suggestions for various styles of window treatment after discussing my style of home decorating. Dianne was wonderful. She was knowledgeable and very helpful in picking out blinds that complimented my house. She kept me informed throughout the process. Her communication was excellent. Even though I was afraid it was going to be more than my budget allowed, she worked with me and came well below my budget. Her installer, John, was fabulous. Installation was quick, easy and beautifully done. They cleaned up packaging as they went and made sure that no debris was left behind. I was so pleased that when the first part of the project was finished, I am looking into purchasing additional blinds to finish off the rest of the house. I would highly recommend Dianne and her installer John to anyone interested in having beautiful, customized blinds installed. Dianne was great! She had a fabulous selection of blind fabrics for our bedroom windows, and was very knowledgable. She always came to see us on saturday, which was really convenient for us, and is very friendly. When our blinds arrived Dianne installed them herself, with help from a carpenter. Unfortunately, our master bedroom blinds were not made correctly and one of them had a slight stain on the fabric. Dianne pointed these faults out immediately and sent them back to the manufacturer where they re-made. Dianne has exceptionally high standards and we will definitely use her to help with other window coverings in our home. I definitely recommend her services.
