Chad has done 2 full remodels for us over the last 7 years. EVERYTHING from Foundations to Attics, including Joining 2 cabins together and adding a 2nd floor. Additionally he has done framing, full siding and standing seam metal roofing, flooring (tile and hardwood), drywall, plumbing, trim, demolition, deck framing and finishing, adding screen rooms, adding bathroom, painting, staining, landscaping (including adding a 8 foot retaining wall, cement patios and stairs) kitchen addition to include new cabinets and counter tops. There is really nothing he cant do. We liked his work enough on the first house that we didn't commit to the second house until he was on-board and committed to the project.
