We had Finzelâ s come in for furnace inspection earlier this year. Nells was the technician and he was efficient and professional. With that experience, we also had Finzelâ s install our air conditioner. Adam and Alex advised us on what would be best for our needs and installed the unit. Fast and efficient best describes the service. Would also add the office manager was helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this company.

Finzel serviced my furnace last year and I was totally satisfied with the repairs needed. .Glad I bookmarked this company because air conditioner went out in this extreme hot weather I Called Fenzil and received same day service and repair. The 3 gentlemen that came out to my home Alex, Adam and Tye(not sure how to spell Ty s name) very good with explaining what was wrong in detail showed me the parts and educated me on the proper ways to maintain my furnace and air condition very knowledgeable,Efficient and friendly I would recommend this group to all my friends and family

Called that day had service to my house in two hours. Service tech Nels was on top of his game, took care of the problem. Work was completed in a timely fashion and the cost was what I considered fair. Will definitely use Finzel s again when needed, Thank you

FInzel Heating & Cooling replaced our water heater this summer. They were polite, professional, did the job well and kept everything clean. A larger water heater plus installation was less than another estimate we had gotten from another company. They were very prompt came out within the hour after they contacted me service man had to go on the other side of town to get a replacement part that was the problem installed it and the problem was solved very pleasant experience would highly recommend.

The young man arrived in the planned time frame and began the check for the problem. Found it and explained it and fixed. Checked out and fixed another situation which was on it is way to becoming a problem. The repairman was very courteous and knowledgeable. The work was completed in just over an hour. I would recommend this company and will be calling them in the spring for an AC checkup!! Will use this company again and recommend and will be calling for an AC checkup.

wHEN i CALLED THE MAIN OFFICE THEY GAVE ME A QUOTE OF $65 then when the service man came he told me different. I explained to him the office gave me the $65 quote because all I needed was my tank lite nothing more. I dont appreciate a service man not being informed on my price pertaining to a simple task.

"Sandy, I am the one you talked to on the phone. When you called you asked one question how much is your service call fee? I told you $65.00. A service call fee is to dispatch a truck and a technician to your home. We are a very reasonable priced company we don't hide any hidden costs. So I am very disappointed that with your misunderstanding of our charges you decided to bash my company instead of calling the office and discussing this issue you have. I take great pride in running a very honest and fair company and for you to say my technician is misinformed is untrue. The tech that did come to your property has been with us many years and is very good at what he does. Any service company has a service call fee or trip charge fee then there is actual labor for the technician to do his job!!!"

My outside A/C compressor quit working on the 4th of July. I called them knowing they were closed and left a message to call me the next morning. They called early, I told them my problem and they where out within an hour and repaired my a/c. I like that Steve knew what was wrong he gave a price which I thought was reasonable and repaired my a/c
