A very expensive mistake hiring this guy. I paid $780.00 for brick repair. He did not show up for two days in a row. He did not answer my calls and when he finally showed up on the third day without notice, just showed up, I let him do the work. The finished repair did not look like any photos that he posts. After the brick dried it looked unfinished/unrepaired. Now he is not answering his phone or messages after requests to fix this mess. This is very disappointing to have paid so much money for such poor work and poor service, not just his lack of customer service skills but his lack of responding to texts or e-mails and ignoring the client, being me. Even after I told him that I would post photos of his work and that I would leave him negative feedback, he still will not contact me or respond to any of my previous texts. How this guy got 17 positive feedbacks is mind-blowing.

On our job, Jonathan has demonstrated a commitment to excellence I have seldom experienced. He first did our job in late fall and the work was exceptional as was his customer service. With this winterâ s ice, snow and extreme cold a crack formed in several of the joints. When I contacted him this spring to see what we could do to repair it and stop it from spreading , he quickly came by, looked at the problem and started fixing it. He also reworked some other things I thought looked great but with which he was not satisfied. He is skilled, conscientious, courteous and we could not be more pleased with his work. Based on our experience, I highly recommend the Brickmaster to anyone in the Lexington area who needs quality brickwork done at their home.

Hired Jon and got on his schedule. He had done very good work on another small job in my house when working for another contractor, so I was optimistic. Jon did not show the morning scheduled and made no attempt to call, text, or email. He worked the 2nd half of that day and all of the next day and things seemed to be progressing. 3rd day, no-call, no-show. No reply to a voicemail and 2 texts. 4th day, no-call, no-show. I left another voicemail near the end of the day, this time telling him I would be hiring another contractor. We have very disappointed, especially since we had to postpone another job that depended on this one being done.

Separate listing on HA website, but same person came to look at project as United Contracting LLC.

Jonathan, of BrickMaster, was amazing to work with! He was able to provide an estimate the same day I requested one! Not only that, he was then able to complete the work that day as well! He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and didnâ t even mind my daughters watching him and asking questions as he worked! Excellent experience from start to finish!
