Heavy lift and move work was nothing to them. Tough to navigate stairs was no problem. Discussions on delaying some moves due to delicate antique furniture was appreciated. Haul away both junk and items for donation was appreciated. excellent work and will have them back soon.

Team called ahead to let me know when they were around 20 minutes away and arrived only shortly after their earliest possible time. They took great care to ensure my hardwood floors were not scratched by the large upright piano they were moving; really appreciate their efforts. Also, pricing was very reasonable. Would definitely hire again if the need arises in the future.

1st call of day. Here promptly at 9:00 am. 1st experience with moving a baby grand piano, a learning experiene but fine. Manager said if they had any problems that he would resched and come out himself. Had looked up averages on price on the linternet. Had some knowledge of cost to remove piano, was in the range and gave me a guesstimate price range on phone. Everything was confirmed by e-mail and professional. Felt was a legitimate company.

Good service. Friendly people. This is the first time I've hired anyone to remove big items from the property, but their price seemed a bit high, even after negotiating to bring it down when they arrived.

Fire Dawgs communicated well about when they would arrive and did a great job with removing the items I needed removed. The items were in a retirement apartment complex and the guys were perhaps a bit talkative between themselves for the setting (i.e a tiny bit louder than the residents are used to), but there were no complaints that I'm aware of.

I called and received an estimate of $150, but when the movers arrived they charged 250. more than 100 of what was quoted. I was trashing a queen mattress and box spring and twin mattress and box spring and 1 couch. Additionally got the opinion not really all retired firefighters or vets. But they were fast and efficient...just a little pricey.
