Fire and ICE, Mark and Richard, did expectation HVAC installation work at my home. They had my old unit out, the new HVAC unit installed, checkout, and running in less than 10 hours. Their customer service is outstanding along with a high quality product line and affordable pricing made Fire & Ice the right choice for my HVAC needs. I find it easy to recomend Mark and Richard to my friends and family. American Standard I'm my opinion is high quality HVAC package both in mechanical integrity and warranty. Fire and Ice, Mark and Richard, are factory trained and certified HVAC techs for TRANE and American Standard product line. This combination will make you rest easy that you have made the right choice in a HVAC product and technicians for years of trouble free service.

These guys were prompt, informative, and reasonably priced. They also managed to correct the neglect my unit has suffered over the past 3-5 years (at least) of paying a company that never did what was paid for (Boerne Air Conditioning & Heating). The only downside is that Homeadvisor.com sends a consumer's inquiry directly to vendors immediately while simultaneously deducting a fee from the vendor's bank account. I understand that is why this service is free to the consumer, but that is shady!
