We pride ourselves on having the most extensive insurance knowledge in our industry because of the backgrounds of our key figures within the company. We take away the stress of not knowing. We also remove the confusion of understanding what your adjuster is telling you by playing the role of translator at times. We work hand in hand with those adjusters regularly and we make sure everyone is on the same page. The insurance company is not the enemy like they are portrayed at times. We know this because we worked on the other side of the fence. They do care about their customers and typically want the best resolution possible. It just has to be done the right way and fit within the insurance policy guidelines. We want to help facilitate that interaction, or at least further explain it when needed.
