The job was not done at all, and all I ask is for my money back. Why do you not give me my money?

Kenny Dunne, the owner, agreed to the work, took $300 deposit and refused to move forward. I tried repeatedly to work it out but he is unreasonable, vulgar, aggressive and threatening. A true cowman who, I learned later, served years in prison for conning people. Stay Away !!

I hired Kenny to do a chimney sweep, and he noticed that a plastic bag was over my furnace chimney, told me why that was bad, he was willing and able to fix it today, so I let him work on it, Completed project the next day the cylinder that he put over the chimney cap was leaning next day, that meant is was not secure and could fall, I contacted him two days in a row and no response. I finally got ahold of someone and Kenny was in hospital and would not be able to fix my problem. Overall why would someone put a round chimney cylinder over the top of rectangular chimney?

Kenny and Anthony were very professional and trustworthy. They fixed the chimney on my 200 plus year old house and gave me a lesson on fire safety and wood burning! I invited him to a Filet mignon meal, bbq style, for our house warming!

KENNY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. He handled a difficult project that no one else wanted to take on. I would not hire anyone but Kenny in the future for chimney, fireplace, plumbing, etc.

To start, after leaving messages to several local businesses, I called Kennys number and was pleasantly surprised to actually hear a person on the other line. I explained the problem I was having with my gas fireplace while Kenny listened attentively. He finally said, **Your problem is an easy fix and you do not need to spend extra money to get butter off your table**. He went on to tell me which part I needed to buy and told me how I could make the repair myself! WOW. Felt like I was calling my big brother for help and Kenny delivered. Thanks, Kenny, for not taking advantage. My husband and I were able to fix the problem ourselves following Kennys instructions. Highly recommended for his integrity.

Kenny went out of his way to help my parents. He was highly communicative and took the extra time to understand our problem. A special thank you to Kenny! I hope to continue to do business with Kenny!
