They were right on time and thorough in what the y performed (A/C & Furnace check). The added services were a little expensive but the work quality was superior.

Fire and Ice Heating and Air is a rip off company, they failed to complete the job. They charged me $301.00 for a job they didn't complete. They wanted me to clean my own system and the system is still not cooling.

They came very quickly, all other I asked they would not even come on same day. They came fix our HVAC system and did not work properly. We called them and the gentleman named Orlando came later in the afternoon and saw there was another problem and repair it. They are true pro and excellent service. We will be their customer rest of our life. Thank and job very well done.
