My experience was excellent. From my first phone call to scheduling the job, and having them come to work, they were pleasant, courteous, informative, and answered questions patiently, They went above and beyond my expectations. We are very happy with the job Firebone did for us, when we could not have done it ourselves.

Hes a great guy. Very personable, a bit distracted on the skidster. I failed to get a copy of the quote, which I know better, he tried very hard to keep my cost down. I didnt have my quote in writing as I was promised (my bad) and was told the dump fees were not included. My neighbors fence was taken out and in order to not be charged additional dump fees I agreed to fix it myself, well the cost to fix that fence by FAR exceeds the dump fees which I know were included in the bid but I have no recourse. There was a pile of stuff left that his helper wanted to take but didnt and now it is mine to move. Two piles of road base were left that I have to disperse, I was told the depth of the road base laid down was already 12 inches in some places but I havent found a spot that is 12 inches deep. In fact, I already have grass coming through. I was told he had a packer to pack the base so nothing would ever get through but he didnt use it. He told me to spray water on it. Like I said, hes a great guy, I think his intentions were good, I was just left with much of the work to be done myself and the fence has been a HUGE thorn in my side to fix. Yes, the vinyl is old and fragile but more care should have been taken to avoid the damage that was done. I didnt realize how hard that was going to be to fix and I wish he would have packed the base down and spread the rest of the road base regardless how much had been put down. Its 100% better than it was but not 100% of what I thought I was getting.
