JUST DON'T, call a final cleaning, he showed up without a vacuum or a real mop. Paul the owner demanded payment for unrelated rebuild work several times before the job was done, and then threatened collections immediately, even though I asked to wait 2 days I wanted witb with him. I didn?t bother& gave him payment. Per a recent review regarding communication that customer was spot on if they show up immediately for board up, letthem & find somebody else to repair though the builders were amazing & diligent, the owner is not user-friendly. 1 year, 8 months 22 days, it took to rebuild, leaving me without housing for two weeks, they knew my timeline of lease end & did not offer to help with housing. and after I was able to move in, they still continue to work. showing up unexpectedly. Sometimes I was home at the end, I just gave up ignore whatever the rebuttal may be I gave much grace and patience. Not long after a big move transition and while I was living with a close friend, we had a house fire. Much of my stuff was salvageable but when my items were removed from the house, I was only ?allowed? 2 trips to gather my belongings from their warehouse. I was moving by myself and had limited space in my car. Paul told me that there would be no more ?going thru boxes until I was in my permanent residence. Well, I was in my permanent residence but could not tell Paul that as he hung up on me! I ended up waiting a year and 7 months to get the rest of my belongings. Paul is the rudest man I?ve ever dealt with! From the first meeting to the last phone conversation, he had zero empathy for what I was going through, spoke to both my friend and I as if we were stupid and almost like he didn?t have time to discuss the process with either of us. Condescending is an understatement. I wouldn?t hire them to restore a dog house!

Paul is amazing! He and his crew made sure my home was better than new! I am so grateful for all that they did!

They were good, came out on the weekend and did what they had to do. They also had good communication. The crew is great and the kind of people you have no problem letting into your home.
